Dogfish Head 90 Min IPA, Delaware – 9%abv 7
A big beer for with a great malt back bone. The 90 min tag line refers to the length of the boil time in which the hops are continuously added. The longer hops are boiled, the more hop isomerization takes place, and the more bitterness is imparted to the beer. This means more deliciousness for the beer drinker! This delicious beer is “perhaps the best IPA in America” (Esquire Magazine)
